SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping
We offer Standard Shipping within the continental United States. Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, not including our processing time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, a tracking number will be emailed automatically.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, your order will already be processing and can no longer be canceled.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship only within the United States, excluding:
Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Shipping rates are weight-based and may round up to the next full pound, in accordance with carrier policies.
DELIVERY ISSUES & TIME-SENSITIVE REPORTING
Orders Marked as Delivered (Not Received)
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan.
We will do our best to assist and guide you through next steps. If we are contacted after the 5-business-day window, we cannot file an internal investigation. At that point, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Delayed Orders
If we experience a processing delay on our end, you may request a refund for your order.
Refund approval for processing delays is reviewed on an order-by-order basis.
Shipping carrier delays do not fall under our liability, as they are outside of our control. If you encounter a delay while your order is in transit, please contact the carrier first for delivery updates.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Damaged Orders (Shipping Damage)
If your order arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery when possible.
If damage is discovered after delivery:
- Contact us immediately
- Save all packaging materials, tags, and inserts
Disposing of packaging before contacting us may affect eligibility for return credit.
Defective Items
A defective item is one that is non-functional with no external damage.
Please notify us within 30 days of purchase through our Contact Us page.
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us so we can resolve it promptly.
Return-shipping compensation may be available depending on the situation.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return

Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
Processing timeline (approx. 4 weeks total):
- Transit back to us: 5–10 business days
- Return processing: 3–5 business days
- Bank posting time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
CLEARANCE RETURN POLICY
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
For damage claims on clearance items:
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order, and the item must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After that, your order enters processing and cannot be stopped or refunded until delivered and returned (if eligible).
Clearance items cannot be canceled once submitted.
PRICES & PRODUCT INFORMATION
By placing an order, you agree to the price and terms listed at checkout.
Prices, descriptions, and images may change at any time.
We do not offer price adjustments for past or future promotions.

SITE ERRORS
We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders due to inaccuracies related to pricing, availability, or product information — even after an order is submitted or paid.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
- Cart subtotal must exceed the value of the discount code
- Discount codes apply to products only, not shipping
- Discounts cannot be combined with Party Perks Rewards or other promotions
- Mix & Match Bundle discounts exclude clearance items and cannot be stacked with any other promotion
- We reserve the right to modify or decline discount codes that do not meet policy requirements
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or user-initiated loss of parts.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Apple Pay.
The billing address must match the cardholder’s bank records.
Orders may be canceled without notice if authorization fails.
